Xiang Jiu (Biajiu) Sour
Recipe:
1 oz Shāng
0.5 oz Rose baijiu
0.5 oz Frangelico hazelnut liqueur
0.5 oz Honey (1:1)
1 oz Fresh lime juice
0.25 oz Pineapple juice
Splash Coconut oil
Garnish:
Sesame rice cracker
Glassware:
Coupe glass
Method of Preparation:
Pour all ingredients into a cocktail shaker, hard shake about 10 sec. Then double strain into coupe glass, garnish with Sesame rice cracker.
