Recipe:

1 - 1½ oz SHĀNG East + West
3–4 oz Fever-Tree Lime & Yuzu Seltzer
Ice

Garnish:
Lime Wheel or expressed lemon peel

Glassware:
Chilled Collins Glass

Method of Preparation:
Fill a chilled collins glass with clear ice. Add SHĀNG East + West, top slowly with the Fever-Tree & Yuzu Seltzer, and give it one gentle stir. Garnish with a lime wheel or expressed lemon peel.
