Mango Pudding
Recipe:
1 oz Shāng
0.5 oz Mango vodka
0.5 oz Mapo tofu cordial
0.75 oz Basil syrup
0.5 oz Mango juice
0.75 oz Fresh lemon juice
1 BSP yellow mustard cream
Garnish:
Spay high proof pineapple rum
Glassware:
Rock glass
Method of Preparation:
Pour all ingredients into a cocktail shaker, hard shake about 10 sec. Then double strain into rock glass with regular ice and garnish with Spay high proof pineapple rum.
