Smoke Umami
Recipe:
2 oz Shāng
0.5 oz Rose DeePure tea syrup
2 dashes Chocolate walnut bitters
Garnish:
Smoke with apple wood chips
Cherry and mint
Glassware:
Rock glass / Big clear ice cube
Method of Preparation:
Pour all ingredients into a cocktail mixing glass, stir about 25 sec. Then strain into a smoke container, then prepare a smoking gun with apple wood chips, then pour over rock glass, garnish with Cherry and mint.
