Recipe:
1 1/2 oz Shāng
1/2 oz Peach Whiskey 
1/2 oz of simple syrup with ginger
2 oz of ginger beer
Optional garnish of a fresh mint 

Instructions: 
Build drink in a shaker
Add ingredients in order above Shang, Peach Whiskey and simple syrup
Add ice 3/4 full, shake it - 10 seconds
Strain and pour over ice in tall glass with 2 oz of ginger beer
Garnish with mint
