Recipe:
Muddle 1-2 pieces Strawberry
1.5 oz Shāng
0.75 oz Lychee liqueur
0.75 oz Almond Orgeat
0.25 oz Gum syrup
0.75 oz Fresh lemon juice
Garnish:
Dry pineapple
Glassware:
Rock glass
Method of Preparation:
Pour all ingredients into a cocktail shaker, hard shake about 10 sec. Then double strain into rock glass with regular ice and garnish with Dry pineapple.
