Sichuan Aperol Spritz

Recipe:
1 oz Shāng
1 oz Freshly Squeezed Lemon Juice (30 mls) 
1 oz. Simple Syrup (30 mls)
1 oz. Aperol (30 mls)
1 oz. Prosecco (30 mls) 

Garnish:
Orange Peel Twist 

Glassware:
Red Wine Goblet/Burgundy Glass 

Method of Preparation:
Pour all ingredients into a mixing tin, add large ice, shake thoroughly, taste for balance, double strain over fresh ice, garnish and serve.
