Recipe:
1.5  oz  Shāng
0.5 oz Cacao vanilla tea syrup
0.25 oz Pamplemousse liqueur
0.75 oz Corn juice
0.75 oz Fresh lemon juice
1/2 BSP Sour cream
Top of Hot pot Air 

Garnish:
Hot pot Air 

Glassware:
Coupe glass 

  

Method of Preparation:
Pour all ingredients into a cocktail shaker, hard shake about 10 sec. Then double strain into coupe glass, garnish with hot pot air.

Rooted in the fusion of Eastern and Western traditions, this cocktail draws inspiration from bourbon whiskey—made primarily from corn—and Xiang Jiu, which is aged in ex-bourbon barrels to create a harmonious blend of cultures and flavors.
