Cantonese Cider
Recipe:
1 ½ oz. Shāng
¼ Tsp. Cinnamon Powder (Canella)
1 ½ oz. Fresh Squeezed Apple Cider
½ oz. Agave Nectar Syrup [1:1]
½ oz. Fresh Squeezed Lemon Juice
Garnish:
Alternating Red and Green Apple Slices Speared and/or a Whole Star Anise Clove
Glassware:
Double-wide Old-Fashioned Glass
Method of Preparation:
Add Cinnamon, Apple Cider, Lemon Juice, Agave Nectar Syrup, and Baijiu Whiskey to Boston Shaker, fill with large ice, shake vigorously, taste for balance, Double Strain over Fresh Ice, Garnish, and Serve.
